EXTREMLY RUDE SERVICE! I came in for the first time ready to buy cycling shoes and I knew what kind of shoes I wanted. All I had to do was get my size and try them on to make sure they fit. Easy sale, right? Well, the whole time the salesperson gave me the attitude like it was a real chore to deal with customers, especialy on a slow Sunday in January. When they didn't have my size and color I asked if they could check their sister shop Toga if they had them there.....again, he acted like it was the most difficult thing to do. So when I asked where Toga was exactly on West End Ave in terms of cross streets so I could go buy the shoes, he said he didn't know and didn't bother to check nor tell me the nearest train shop. Ridiculous. By the way, it was the guy with glasses and tatoos who can't grasp simple customer service. And you wonder why, people would rather shop online instead of supporting their local bike shop. Pros: Still looking for a reaon Cons: Customer Service
