Went in on 5/6day of 5 boro bike tour, to replace flat that another firm had given me a defective tire on. Rode on 5/10, and inner tube was coming out took it back to them and they did cursory fix. Was at Vessey and Chambers and the inner tube was coming out again. Spoke to same employee that something else might be worong, and golly gee wiz I needed a new rim. Well that almost fixed everything except that the tire they installed was larger than previous tires and I had red deflector that was below the rear brake unit, and since they gave these larger tires the deflector housing was rubbing against the tire causing resisantance like a stationary bike.
