Review content:
I read the mostly poor reviews but figured I would still give them a try since they were close-ish to my house.\r
My bottom bracket started making an awful noise. Took my bike in on a Monday evening. Very pleasant manager said he would have the mechanic look at it first thing in the morning and let me know what all needed to be replaced. Called Tuesday and the mechanic hadn't gotten around to it. I called late Wednesday and they confirmed I needed new cups and bearings. They would have to order the parts since they don't stock Campagnolo. Not a problem. They wanted me to come in to leave a deposit for the work to be done. My $5000 bike isn't enough colateral for a $100 repair job??? I said I could just give them my credit card over the phone. They couldn't figure that out. Whatever. Walked to the shop on a beautiful sunny Saturday, paid my deposit (again, really friendly guys) and was told they would order the parts on Monday morning and the bike should be ready by Thursday. I called on Thursday and was told they didn't order the parts until Wednesday and the bike wouldn't be ready until the following Wednesday. No problem as weather was awful and I wouldn't be riding anyhow. They called me the next Wednesday and said that they received the cups, but only one set of bearings - not two. They would call and maybe try and get the second set of bearings sent overnight.. Ummm- no. That didn't happen. I am now on week four of not having my bike, have missed the first two weeks of pre-season training races, and the first gorgeous weekend of Spring. I just called and was just told that the parts are STILL not there. I could have ordered parts online and had them in two days. Can't wait to find out how much they want to charge me for the repair. Will almost certainly never shop here again
