A horrible experience for me last time I visited this hotel. I booked my room two days in advance before arriving here, but upon arrival, they stated that there was no room available. When I forced the issue, they finally gave me a room that was less than totally clean. The only positive note was that the management offered a discount on my next room reservation.\r
