Its HORRIBLE. these people that run this place are like nazi's. They freak out about EVERYTHING. Your allowed to have dogs but want to give them a dog house? too bad! even though the LAW requires you to give your dog shelter when its outside you are not allowed to have a dog house in your backyard, but you can have those giant plastic play houses, but no not a tiny dog house. Want to put up Christmas lights? Only on the 1st level of your home! want flower pots on your front porch? too bad again! not allowed! When they have a problem they park out in front of your house and run up to the door really fast then tape it to your door and run back to their vans as quickly as they can, probley because they know they are A$$holes. They send out e-mails asking people in the neighborhood to be RAB basically your a F**ing volunteer NARC. ALL - EVERY SINGLE PERSON- that works in the offices are RUDE/MEAN/ UNFRIENDLY ! THEY dont care about the people who give them their $$$. My husband is in the Military was over in IRAQ and I was constantly harassed by these people for months over the stupidist crap. DONT MOVE HERE. Live in Town in Oak harbor find a rental agency and go through them! ITS NOT WORTH IT for the ""free utlities"" we are going to start paying a bill in JAN 2013, there is no reason to live in this houseing unless you like liveing 1 foot away from both neighbors on either side and like haveing people looking in your windows all the time and then haveing the Yard nazi's come by every week to freak out on you! This is your WARNING! if you are even considering moveing into the base houseing GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
