""You are not doing me a favor"" is what I wanted to scream after leaving the Capitol clothing store in Phillips Place! The owner is not inviting, engaging or friendly.The staff is too busy folding clothes, talking on the phone and whispering to each other behind the cash wrap. The store's decor is mediocre...not the backdrop that I expected for Lanvin, Balenciaga and Lela Rose. Bring your own water when trying on clothes because they won't offer it and don't look for a thank you note after spending thousands of dollars...they have enough business and don't need yours! I felt stressed, ashamed and embarrassed after my girlfriend and I spent hours and several thousands of dollars in this store. I can't go back, even though they have an impressive selection of designer goods. The rumors of poor customer service is so,so true!
