after all I had seen Capitol mentioned in national magazines, how depresssing to see the actual shop. help was busy talking to boyfriends on the phone, atmosphere was dismal. when I had a handful of items to try on, nobody seemed to care. if things are this pricey, I will happily take my business elsewhere.
