We heard they had good brunch, so I made reservationsfor Mother's Day , weeks in advance. They called me 2 days before and changed my reservation time, so I accomodated. When we went at the scheduled time they still could not seat us. The host was, unorganized and looked frazzeled. They had the attitude of ""We are a busy restaurant, so deal with it!!!) Ten minutes later, without any explanation they tried to seat us next door at Tutto Mundo (some side room/bar) as if we would not notice the difference. We objected, so they had to seat us in the restaurant like we planned. It was supposed to be a special day but we were irritated by their lack of courtesy. I would not recommend going there on a special day, They will ruin it for you. I read reviews from others that they had lousy service, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I REGRETTED IT. I would never, ever go back there again, there are just too many other options in Charlotte.
