Review content:
I thought the service was good and the staff was very accomodating. Not quite as professional as I expected. I had a good experience discussing what components to purchase and pricing seemed fair. But when I brought the car in for the intallation appointment, no one there really knew what was supposed to be installed. We never discussed how the items would be installed and how it would work after installation with the production equipment in the car. I never signed a work order or invoice with stated prices and equipment. It made me a little nervous leaving the car. Noticed the dash was a little dinged-up and there were some new rattles after install. Then, we had a problem with the volume of the voice in the navigation side of the radio. Had to bring the car back to reduce the amp gain and bring nav voice back down to a reasonable level. Still a little too loud. I also had to pay extra and order a grill cover for subwoofer. When I came back to have it installed, nobody seemed to know anything about it. They still gave it to me, but seemed a little uncertain. I always felt like they would make it right if there was something wrong, but things could have gone a little smoother.
