My family and I visited Philadelphia over Thanksgiving weekend. We had tickets to the Eagles vs Patriots game. We parked in the CVS parking lot and when we returned after the game our vehicle was gone. According to CVS they tow around 11 vehicles per sporting event. While I can understand the my vehicle was towed I do not understand how George Smith's tow drivers access your vehicle illegally and steal the belongings inside. The ""General Manager"" that I spoke with was extremely rude and explained that if his employees were caught doing that they would be fired. After he cut me off several times he then told me that I made it up and then hung up on me.
