Review content:
I am about to purchase my first car ever and the Hyundai site where I ""built"" the car I want sent my info to Northeast Auto, who in turn sent me a rambling email riddled with awful grammar, punctuation, and misspellings. I wouldn't go out with a man who sent me an email like that, so why on earth would I buy a car from a dealership that does? Presentation is everything, and I don't trust people who don't understand the concept of 'you never get a second chance to make a first impression.' No thanks, I'll go somewhere else. This dealership seems to exist only to reinforce every negative stereotype about people from Philly. Cons: Extremely unprofessional
