Businiess name:  Joe's Butcher Shop

Review content:
First off, I am NEVER disappointed when ordering meat from Joe's. The shop is a very quaint CLEAN old-fashioned ""no frills"" butcher shop. When you walk in, there is a very small produce cooler. Just your basics, lettuce, tomato, celery, fresh melons, apples, etc. which i understand ""Joe"" gets fresh from Pittsburgh's produce yards. You have two aisles of basic grocery items, canned goods, cleaning products, and a GREAT freah italian breads delivered daily. Finally, last but certainly not least... the star ot the show... the meat dept.\r Here you find amazingly fresh lean choice cut steaks, Joe's signature hot and sweet italian sausage ( a recipe that he has perfected since it's debut in 1976, along with a host of beautiful pork chops, pork roast and farm fresh chicken. Not to mention a first rate luncheon meat case to beat them all! Including Joe's own home made capicola! AWESOME!!!!! However, i think i spelled that wrong. Listen people, its work the trip out to this place for the sausage and the capicola! ALSO FYI you can call in advance. Joe cuts to order! Now that's special, one of a kind service. \r \r TIme to cook some steaks!\r a Pros: fresh meat, specialty cuts, Cons: depending on whre you're coming from, its a little out of the way.
