Review content:
Had dental work done on 11-14-06. On 5-16-07 a company associate for ""Tina A. Donahue DDS"" called to confirm an appointment for me for the next day, 5-17-07. While on the phone I told associate I never agreed to this visit. Associate informed me that if I canceled the visit I would be subject to a $50 charge and I felt pressured to make an additional visit. I tried explaining that I never agreed to this visit and that they could not in good faith charge me this fee. I have since received a bill for this unfair charge from ""Tina A. Donahue DDS"" and the company continues to refuse to remove charge.
