I only applied for an Apartment at Chardon Hills. This is my story.\r

Chardon Hills does not require a credit check (My Credit is A-1). However, they do require a background/criminal check. This is why I was denied: \r
\r
1) I separated from my Wife in 2004. I received a minor misdimeder ticket because of an argument with Wife.\r
\r
2) My Criminal and driving records are absolutely perfect. In November, 2008…I received a minor misdimeder ticket for having an open Beer container in my car, in my own parking space, listening to a Cavs game, by a Police Officer who had nothing better to do that evening.\r
