Review content:
They overcharge and they lie to you. I called and asked them how much to change a door lock; the lady said it would be between 27 to 57 dollars. She conveniently forgot to mention the 65 dollar fee just to show up and the 37 dollar service charge. Called back later to complain and the guy I talked to LIED to me, saying he was sitting right there and heard her mention the other fees. I know what I heard dude and she never mentioned it. Liars.
