I got my wrap last night and it was AMAZING! Patrice and her staff are wonderful. I just wanted to give a you a little info on what I saw while I was there. This truly is a personal service. Patrice measures and wraps you HERSELF! This is not a huge establishment with a large staff there were only 2 staff members there helping out Patrice. This is a very personalized service that takes time to complete. Patrice and her staff work with each customer and take their time. I was there for almost 3 hours…if that gives you any perspective. When I left not only did I feel great and look amazing I was very relaxed and happy! You can’t help but have a smile on your face being around Patrice! I was so pleased I bought another wrap service while there. Patrice even walked me to my car to make sure I was safe…how is that for service??!!\r

Another thing. I truly do not understand the negative comments referring to Patrice and customer service. She is one of the happiest and most energetic people I have ever met. Not to mention a dedicated hard worker. While I was there I observed how she spoke and treated other customers (members and non-members) and she treated everyone with the same helpful and happy attitude as she did me. Sadly enough, I truly believe some people just can not be pleased no matter what and their reviews are skewed due to their own negativity. \r
