Review content:
I went there on 2-11-12 to get a belt for my Hoover. They sold me 2 belts for $6.25. Fine. I got home and noticed that the part number was different. I went back for the right belt. The guy there said it was the right one but did not say how or why. I politely asked for my money back. He told the lady at the register to give me back my cash. Then the lady wants to know why. I told her ""Wrong part number. I want to see what Hamilton vacuum has to say about it."" He said, ""You can go to Hamilton from now on!"" I then said to him, ""That's not cool. That's not how you talk to your customers. I'm gonna tell everybody what you said!"" Off I go to Hamilton Vacuum. I was able to buy just 1 belt for $2.49. The person at the counter explained to me that the part number has changed. (something that Bagdon's didn't do). They were very polite. After I told them about my experience, one of them laughed and said ""He's a grouch. He's our best advertisement.""
