Review content:
HORRIBLE Service department which charged to rotate my tires but never performed the service. When confronted they apologized when it was brought to their attention the tires were never rotated but I was charged for the service. I called the service rep and the service manager and both did not return my calls. They suggested I have the brakes done and when I replied I wanted to talk to my husband first they persisted in pushing the issue with me. NO MEANS NO. This was my second bad experience. My first bad experience was when I came in at 3500 miles to have the oil changed and was told that I was physically damaging the car by having the oil changed that soon. I will never visit this service department ever again. Ernie should stick to his band because his service department at Boch Honda is not customer service oriented.
Cons: Too numerous to mention - condescending, high pressure, incompentent service staff
