I brought my bike in on a Saturday and was told I could not leave it. The owner went on and on about how people don't pick up their bikes on time and how he has to push them in and out of the shop. He told me I could bring it back on Wednesday. I explained I lived out of town and had a coupon deal and would have to bring it on a weekend. Mind you...he was closed on Tuesday's so having to pus my bike in and out for two days was too much of an inconveniece for him. \r \r I return and drop off my bike the following Friday. I am told it will be ready in a week and given a specific date. Really? I had to return for this? So I leave it and call a day after my bike was supposed to be ready and am told he hasn't gotten to it yet! This is the same man that complained that people wouldn't pick up their bikes when ready. He says he'll have it ready in two hours. 3 1/2 hours later it is done. When I go to pick it up there are no appologies and he is hesitant to come out to speak to me. The workmanship is good so I give him 2 stars but the customer service was horrible.
