Review content:
I have been a patient of Amelia Hirota’s since August 2008. I just had my third unexplained miscarriage, and was frustrated about the lack of answers from my reproductive endocrinologist (RE). I read that acupuncture could help with fertility, and so I contacted a couple of acupuncturists in my area to find out more. By the end of my first phone conversation with Amelia, I was excited and hopeful about acupuncture and her holistic fertility program being the solution to my fertility problems. After several months of healthier lifestyle choices, faithful BBT charting, regular acupuncture treatments, and taking a personalized supplement protocol, my husband and I conceived again. We were excited and terrified all at once. I continued with acupuncture and supplements throughout my first trimester, and after an amazing and routine (by my doctor’s standards!) pregnancy, I delivered a healthy baby girl in October 2010! I feel confident that Amelia’s expertise and guidance, combined with my dedication and trust in her program, played a MAJOR part in helping us to conceive and stay pregnant. I feel truly blessed every day that I have the privilege of being a mom :)\r \r I was thrilled when Amelia opened her own practice, Phoenix Fertility Center, in 2012. She is truly a revolutionary in her chosen field of fertility acupuncture, and I think it’s fantastic that she now has her own practice and is working with other acupuncturists and their patients to implement her holistic fertility program. I’ve worked with both Hwasook Lee and Chris Carlow, the acupuncturists who joined her practice, and found that they are very knowledgeable and dedicated practitioners as well. They both work closely with Amelia and consult with her regularly on the particular cases of each of their patients. Amelia is spending some time away from the clinic to adopt her son, but is always just an email away and responds very promptly. Amelia also offers a series of fertility webinars in which she addresses a wide range of fertility topics, from hormones and male factor to nourishment and herbal supplements. These webinars are a perfect example of the skills and know-how of the practitioners at Phoenix Fertility Center.\r \r I would wholeheartedly recommend the experts at Phoenix Fertility Center to any woman who is embarking on her journey to motherhood and wants to do so in a very natural and balanced way.
