I loved this place! In the middle of the store there is a book where you can look up any problems you're body is experiencing (Ex: acne) or diseases that you might have or other health concerns (Ex: cancer). Once you've found what you're looking for, you just glance over the pages and you will find a list of vitamins that are necessary for your body to correct the issue, or help prevent an issue, or help you body to tolerate the issue NATURALLY. The book explains what the vitamins do for you, and the staff was very helpful too! I spoke with an elderly man about my vegetarian diet and he informed me that I was deficient of a view vitamins (which the book confirmed) and then he found a bottle of a type of multivitamin that had almost everything I needed! AND it was reasonably priced! It has helped me tremendously. I feel more energetic throughout the day, and I sleep better, and I LOOK better. Its amazing what a difference a single multivitamin can make
Pros: Good selection of vitamins, foods and even natural soaps!
