BEWARE!!! This property mgmt group is the most conniving scam artists. They lure people in by saying ""No security deposit required"" - and get you to pay $87.50 or $150 for a SureDeposit bond of $500 coverage towards any damage when you move out.\r \r What they DO NOT TELL YOU is:\r \r 1. If you move out and have $1,000 of damage (which they will make up so much crap, and replace it so fast, and throw away the evidence), they do not give the $500 credit towards the balance.\r \r 2. They would invoice the tenant to pay the full $1,000. If the tenant refuses to pay, they turn it over to collections THEN they make a claim with SureDeposit to collect an additional $500.\r \r 3. THEN the fine print shows that the TENANT would then have an obligation to reimburse SureDeposit the full $500 plus fees. WHY THE he!! would anyone pay to have a full invoice go to collections and then have to pay a 3rd party company'!'!\r \r 4. So the tenant will owe a collection company $1,000 $500 to SureDeposit the original $87.50-$150 for signing up for the f'ing bond.\r \r I am in the process of bringing this to court. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS, AND HOW RUDE THE MANAGEMENT STAFF ARE - THEY MAKE UP LIES ABOUT HOW MANY PETS YOU HAVE, THE DAMAGE ASSESSMENT IS A MADE UP HOAX THAT THEY USE FOR EVERY APT, AND THEY ARE CONNIVING -------- THAT WILL SEE THE DAMAGE FROM THIS SCAM.\r \r GET A LAWYER IF YOU ARE LIVING THERE. GET OUT IF YOU ARE ALREADY LIVING THERE. AND TELL THIS TO 5 MORE PEOPLE TODAY. \r Cons: THEY WILL SCAM THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM YOU!!!
