I am absolutely appaulled by my last three experiences at this cleaners. Most recently, I came in with a gorgeous St. John white twin set. I clearly explained that there was a small marinara stain on the cardigan. The teenage girl at the desk said ""no problem, we'll take care of it"". I picked it up 1 week later only to find that tiny speck of red marinara had turned into a HUGE STAIN all down the front. COMPLETELY RUINED.\r
The owner was not only unapologetic but was so rude! Even told me to go to a different cleaner because I use coupons when I come in the store.\r
Maybe she shouldn't distribute them if she doesn't want people to use them. \r
