AVOID!!!! This place is awful. The owner is a mess and quite shady and the girl that works there is incompetent.
I dropped a few things off there and they consistently promised me delivery dates that hey never fulfilled on time. BUT MORE RECENTLY - I had to DROP BY EVERYDAY ASKING FOR ALMOST A MONTH ASKING FOR MY CLOTHES. There phone number was disconnected so I couldn't even just call. SHADY!
Then I finally I come in one day and the owner looks like a freakin' mess with a sweatshirt unzipped and nasty chest hair showing - tells me his car got stolen and my clothes are in his car. I ask for reimbursement (plus I prepaid for the dry cleaning!!!) He says to give him receipt and he will submit to insurance. At this point the guy seems so f&^K*& shady that I don't trust him. We get into a swearing match and he tells me his doesn't give a S*&# about my clothes and he has thousand of clothes to worry about. Unbelievable! I mean it's his job to care about my clothes and do the work I paid for...right?
So I filed a complaint and case to Better Business Bureau and will fight this guy.
AGAIN I REPEAT --- Save yourself time, money and hassle and AVOID this cleaner. They are AWFUL and with LOSE YOUR CLOTHES AND TREAT YOU POORLY.
They deserve ZERO stars but that was not an option for me.
Cons: AWFUL SERVICE and SHADY OWNER
