My Husband and I had a pipe bust which flooded our dining area. Carpet Dryclean (Jose and Jose) were at our condo at the time scheduled. We also received a call letting us know they were on their way! These men were very helpful in moving the furniture from side to side, as there was not much room to move furniture off the entire area. What I love about ""drycleaning"" is nothing gets wet! Jose and Jose were both friendly, and did a quick yet thorough job cleaning our carpet. We also asked them to clean a kitchen rug (med. size) and our stairs. They did a wonderful job. What surprised me the most is how they cleaned up all debris (cleaning mixture), which I thought I was going to have to do. All we had to do is place our chairs around the table, and some other odd and ends. It was a simple experience to go through, and the Joses' were pleasant to be around. I will use them every year or as needed for my carpet and upholstery needs. \r
