I hate to admit how disgustingly stained our white berber carpet was, but it was horrific. We called to get a price quote and schedule a demonstration. It was a fantastic experience. Our carpet looks brand new and it really is almost impossible to get almost black stains out of white berber. We really thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. Tom & Joni were very knowledgable about the product used and we even bought a bucket to use ourselves. That's what's really amazing about it. We can actually do it ourselves with a little help from our own vacuum cleaner! I HIGHLY recommend using this! It's a little more than using steam cleaning, but you can get a $15 off coupon from their website.
Pros: EVERYTHING!, Dry afterwards!, Doesn't smell!
Cons: NOTHING!
