I scratched up my new car pretty badly having gone into the back roads of an unmarked indian reservation (thanks GPS). The guys at Derek's Auto Detail gave me a very detailed explanation of what was required and appeared to be very honest about what types of polishing would and wouldn't work to get the scratches out. The estimate they gave me was very reasonable and better than all the other ones I had gotten. They finished an hour earlier than they originally told me and they did a fantastic job! Car looks like I just rolled it out of the dealers lot! You can tell they have a great sense of pride and enthusiasm in doing a good job. I never write reviews and this one was worth writing about!
