Review content:
As a former resident, I was not impressed with this apartment complex. The grounds of the complex were well kept, but the buildings and interiors were not maintained very well. We had a constant problems with insects and waste from the geese in the nearby waters that surround the golf course. Not to mention the termites that finally prompted us to move.That was the end of the line for us. The staff is very helpful as long as they are trying to convince you to move in but after the assistant manager was through with our move in paperwork she avoided me and my wife on a constant basis unless rent was due. We were not happy during our time at this location. Once we were able to become familiar with the area, we started looking for a new place to live. This was not a good experience for us due to being new to this area. The noise factor was also an issue. These apartments are so poorly built that you can hear every neighbor in your building talking, watching tv or even walking through rooms. You should really do your homework before considering moving there.
