Review content:
After going to several places before Corlase, I didn't go in with too high of expectations. Laser/Electrolysis had never worked for me before. That changed after talking to Dana. She assured me that she was the most critical person of her performance and thought that I'd see amazing results. She also said that if my expectations weren't met, she'd make adjustments to achieve them. This really got my hopes up.
After a few sessions, her commitment seemed non-existent. The last time that I went, she came out to get me from the waiting room talking on her cell phone. She didn't say a word to me, just motioned for me to come in. I had several areas that I wanted special attention paid to, but she never got off of the phone. For my whole procedure she was on a personal call on her cell phone. She only worked on one area the entire time.
If you are looking for a personal experience with exceptional customer service, my advice is to look elsewhere.
