i have been a customer many times over, and enjoyed the service their so much i applied for a job there. i thought well if it was that pleasant to visit then it should be a great place to work and it was i enjoyed it ..not only the fellow employees and the supervisors and owners but the customers were just like family just because when you give good friendly service to someone in return you get back a smile and a hello and after a couple of visits they are just like family. the owners treated their employees like family and the employees treated there customers the same way. if there ever was a time it was not done, the problem was handled.....i would recommend stopping by burgess falls shell and see for yourself....i can guarantee you will want to come back........
