TOTALLY DIS-SATISFIED! I called ahead of time to make sure we could get a Tux in time for my son's prom. It was Thursday, and the Prom was Saturday. My son has special needs, and we didn't know he'd be able to go until late in the game. So, we went in on Thursday and got fitted, which was a total joke. The girl was like a robot...and didn't seem to hear anything I said to her. So, we go to pay, and pull out the $49.95 coupon and give it to the girl. She says, 'your total is $130 (or something close to that). I said, 'What? What is this coupon for then?' Oh, that's for something different. I said, I told you I just wanted the basic and least expensive one. We went in circles for about 30 minutes. I guess the coupon was if you didn't want a vest...or a jacket, or shoes...or something ridiculous like that. It was totally a scam to get people in the store. Anyway, I ended up paying just under $100 for the $50 tux coupon they lured me into the shop with. Then, we pick up the Tux on Friday, bring it home...and it doesn't even come close to fitting!! The shirt was too small, the jackets was too big, the pants didn't even come close to zipping up...and were too short! I tried to call the number on the piece of paper that came with the tux...you know...the one that stated you MUST call by 8pm to make any changes...and the number isn't even a working one!! So now I'm fumin'!! What a total mess!! Now Prom is tomorrow, and my son doesn't have a Tux. THANK YOU Mr. Formal!
