I have used Y-Interact for several different projects. I, myself, am in a communications business and I have many different interactive development sources at my disposal. I choose to work with Y Interact because they understand the outcome--or the overall obejctive(s) that I'm trying to achieve. Then they do it (and they do it well).
I believe that it is rare these days to find a service that truly understands the value of strategy--and is ready, willing and able to execute the strategy on time, and on budget.
