When I first went, I expected greasy diner food, but I was surprised to find a real chef with quality ingredients. I find myself going back again and again. Their breakfast is just the right thing to start out a weekend. My favorite is their scratch made biscuits and own coffee blend. I normally order the mega-miller, which is eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, and hashbrowns stuffed in one of the scratch made biscuits. Friends I have gone with seem to order the uptown scramble a lot, basically an omelette with a bunch of different meats + vegetables in it. I have seen the french toast made from larger than normal bread, and chocolate chip pancakes being made, but havent gotten around to ordering them. I also like that when you order orange juice, you get a real glass of orange juice, not some tiny dixie cup like many places. The first time I went, the service was a bit slow, but it has gotten dramatically better. I wish Indianapolis had more small cafes like this one. Pros: Good food, good atmosphere
