I understand that I do not have the best of credit. But I came here to check out some cars and just like the rest the previous people the people there are just as friendly as can be, but as soon as you have to handle buisness with these people suddenly the english is not too good and they are rude as hell as someone who works in customer service I feel that they are very unprofessional and they have PUSHED me to have to lose my cool more than a few times.. Now Im LITERALLY sitting here unable to get to work because THE alarm/tracking system installed in this car has malfunctioned and they do NOT open until 11AM.. I regret the day I ever came into this place and I do plan to get an attorney as well as file a complaint reguarding this company.. I honestly hope they go out of business, taking advantage of people who are just trying to get by and paying TOO much for thier overpriced pieces of junk.. i repeat DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! unless you like to waste money.. be belittled and disrespected and enjoy going off on people..
