We had a problem with our shower valve and a noise associated with it. Someone came out and replaced the outer valve and charged over $250. No one gave me the receipt for the replaced part. A few days laterthe noise came back. Then the owner came out and said there was a bigger problem that could be due to the air hammers or even the boiler and this would cost several hundred dollars. We decided to wait. A few days later, only hot water came out of the shower. This happened the day before Thanksgiving when I had several guests who could not use the shower. When I called, the owner said he was closed all of the Thanksgiving weekend and was very rude. I called another plumber on Friday who said it was probably debris behind the valve that had not been cleaned out. On Tuesday the first plumber finally came out (the owner) and confirmed that there was debris. I don't know why they didn't clean out the debris in the first place. I was charged another $125 (I don't know what the cost of the replacement part was). Right after he left, something went wrong with my filter under the kitchen sink and my kitchen got flooded. He came out again and charged another $225 (no receipt was given of parts). \r I found this service extremely inefficient and the customer service rude.
