Review content:
We've been patrons at Quail Corners since about 1978. Yesterday has probably been our last visit. We took all 3 cats in for wellness exams, immunization updates and one also for grooming. We waited a half hour past our appointment time before the vet showed up. After checking out the first two cats, the vet discovered a lump on our elder cat's throat, then walked out unexpectedly and didn't return. After another hour, we gathered up our cats and walked out. We paid our bill and went home. In thirty years of patronage at Quail Corners we've never been treated this way. As we were leaving the vet rushed out and said he had been dealing with emergencies. In the past, QC vets have found the time to come out, explain their situation and set up a new appointment. At the least, one of the assistants could have come into the room and given us an explanation and a choice to come back. This is not the Quail Corners Animal Hospital we've been used to I don't think we'll be back.
