I couldn't disagree more with the two negative reviews that I read. When I joined Premier Fitness Solutions, like many I was skeptical and didn't think that this was going to work for me. My husband and I joined in Feb. 2009 and when we did the consultation with Jamie, I was argumentative with my husband because I didn't want to spend the money. I thought that it would be a complete waste of my time. I finally told my husband I would give it a chance and if I didn't see results then I would quit the program. Needless to say after 11 months of working out with them. I went from 245 lbs wearing a size 18/20 to weighing 177 lbs to wearing a size 12. I continued to see results there after and lost another 8 lbs and wearing a size 10.
My progress stopped there because I learned I was pregnant and continued to work out with PFS until my doctor advised to take it easy. Now, I wouldn't be pregnant today if it wasn't for PFS solution and my weight loss, because I was so heavy and eating unhealthy I was unable to conceive and have a baby. I was told by my doctors that I could never have a baby. So when I found out that I was pregnant my new doctor said to me, all you had to do was lose 10% of your body fat, which I did because of the trainers at PFS.
I hated going to the gyms because I always felt judge by the people in the gym and at no time did I ever feel judged at PFS. If anything I felt like they had my best interest at heart and held me up to new standards. The trainers at PFS are genuine and have a vested interest in seeing each and every one of their client succeed. Thank you Jamie, Karina, & Craig because without you guys, my husband and I would not be expecting our first child together. You guys rock!
