Aahh...the advantage of Social media. To be able to say and post whatever you want without really having to validate with facts. My name is Bart Lowery and here are a few Facts from my experience with Premeir Fitness that anyone interested in a comprehensive approach to getting fit, losing weight and/or obtaining a personal fitness goal should consider regarding Craig Kastning and just as importantly, the whole Premeir Fitness Organization:\r 1) I took my daughter to Premeir Fitness, who at the time was between her junior and senior year in high school. She plays basketball, is 5'11"", a natural shooter. What she needed, was to develop more speed and athletic ability to really compete in her sport. Craig and Jamie worked with her in the off season and instilled the work ethic and the conditioning efforts needed to succeed. The result: She was noticed at an AAU tournament by a DII college in Michigan and was offered and accepted a scholarship to play basketball at a school that her mother and I never would have been able to send her to., and she was able to play her senior year already knowing that she had the first step of her college career completed. The Coach indicated that even though she was tall, her versatilty and athleticism made her an excellent all around player who could play guard as well as forward!\r 2) For myself, because of this ,I joined the group sessions with the goal to be in better shape at 50, than I was at 40! (I was already working out at one of the larger clubs 3 days a week)\r I am 5'10"" and weighed,at the time, 208.\r I had never been around such a fantastic group of trainers and staff and who were knowledgable and dedicated to each and everyone's success, even in a group setting. I even received personal emails to help keep me motivated. I reached 192 lbs, but more importantly, the weight I did have was transformed into less fat. (Sorry Craig...I still hate burpees!), so for me, at 51, I have reached my goal.\r Take aways from this long winded email (which I apoligize for, but it always seems to take more words to validate the positives than it does to attack negatively without validation) are that there are no goimmicks; no unrealistic promises and no short cuts to getting and remaining healthy, and Premeir Fitness made this very clear from the beginning. They are a positive, versatile organization with the education and personal knowledge and patience to help get you there...IF YOU ARE WILLING TO DO THE WORK! Don't bring in a coupon and expect some miracle, fast fix to a health situation that probably took YOU years to create! Use the coupon for what it is...a great opportunity to view an approach to inproving your quality of life and the support to get you there at a great value! Consider it a 30 day personal interview!\r As for the ""friends and family"" comment...you help make a man's daughter elligible for the opportunity of a lifetime to receive a great education and most definitely, I WILL become your friend!! Their programs may not be for everyone, but they are something EVERYONE should take a look at before making that decision.\r As for Craig personally, the guy is perpetually energized and ready to help. His knowledge and own life experiences have helped make him a confident trainer with a motivational personality. He is immersed in communicating health and fitness. And yes, he drives a big heavy car that is hard to push.\r \r p.s. Craig never flirted with me.\r \r Bart Lowery\r
