Review content:
I bought my silk wedding dress there which cost $2,000.00 dollars. I expected the alterations to be amazing considering that I spent this amount on my dress. I expected lots of attention to detail and great customer service. What I got was a terrible hem on my wedding dress and a hard time when I complained about it. Julie hemmed it completely crooked. I went back for a fitting and left mortified. The owner Cathy and Julie both denied that anything was wrong with the dress hem, gave me a really hard time and were rude. I demanded that they order a new dress or refund my money. Cathy eventually returned half of the money I paid for the dress. However, on my wedding day the hem was falling out and I had thread showing on the bottom of the dress. They really don't have any clue what they're doing in terms of alterations and I can't believe anyone would treat a bride the way I was. Don't go there!
