This is wonderful Thai. I lived in Thailand and while there are some tastes that cannot be replicated without the locally grown foods found there, I have not found a place with tastes so close as I have at Khun Pix's Bahn Thai. (Citysearch will not allow me to say ""p i c ' s"" without the spaces)\r

It is the perfect place for delicious food, enjoyed. You can sit down, have a conversation, enjoy your food and stay longer just talking. It is wonderful to have a place with such wonderful food and atmosphere where you can take your time without feeling pressured.\r

This is one of the few places where I *truly* enjoy the experience, the pace of the meal, the personalities of the family - and I always tip very generously here as I feel is right.\r

I could not recommend it more.\r

As others said, it is a dining experience, not a place for you to just stop, fill your tummy, pay the bill and begone. If you are in a rush, look elsewhere - that isn't at all what Khun Pix's is about.
