Businiess name:  Sullivan's Steakhouse
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
This is the second time in the last year we've been to Sullivan's where the steak's are not being cooked properly.\r I am a medium rare guy, my wife (unfortunately) is a medium well gal.\r Last night we ordered the filet's again along with a tail - my steak was flat out raw, and cold in the middle.\r The fat lines were still hard, and it was disgusting.\r My wifes medium well steak came out medium rare, warm to cool center - just the way I like it.\r The tail was butchered beyond belief - no knife skills whatsoever.\r Disapointing as we used to save going to Sullivans for a special occasion. We've been sticking with Vinnie's on sixforks and the Barn - and both of them are proving much more reliable, and presenting more skilled creations. I think the chain-ness of Sullivan's has caught up with them and the kitchen quality has gone down the drain. Won't be back anytime soon.\r Pros: Atmosphere, Bar - good martinis Cons: Steak cook has lost skills
