I wish I had read all of the negative reviews on this company before hiring them. The salesman sold us on a more expensive fiberglass pool because he claimed it takes 2 weeks, start to finish. So we decided that paying for the more expensive pool made sense as the yard would be put back together quickly and more convenient. Well, they installed in incorrectly, it was completely uneven in the hole. Then they didn't come back for 4 weeks, no phone call, nothing. It rained and rained, so when my husband told them to get there to fix it, they charged us to pump out the rain water that had built up in the hole due to them disappearing for 4 weeks. Finally, they corrected everything and finished about 4 months later. A far cry from the couple of weeks we were sold on.
I paid in full and 9 months later get a $600 bill in the mail with absolutely no explanation of what it was for. I asked Joanne at the office and she gave me some excuse that didn't make any sense as I paid in full, in addition to a $1400 pump out that was his fault. I was paid in full. 30 days later he put a judgment on me for the $600.
This company has proven themselves unethical and unprofessional. They do not deserve to be in business. I'm sure it won't be long before they fold under.
