Review content:
The electrician who came out was very polite. I told him what my problem was and he checked the main circuit box, then the breaker, and finally he looked at the wall plugs. I followed him around and he explained what he was finding and what needed done. We then sat down together and worked out a figure for the work. After some discussion, we were able to come up with a plan that helped me save money. As he proceeded to do the work, he came across different things that were unusual. He found some wires had been chewed through, and one point he came to me with a socket that he had never seen before. I explained that it was older than he was.
J.C., the electrician, was very nice and gentlemanly. I especially appreciate that he took a scrub bucket with him as he stripped the wires, so the pieces of stripped wire fell into the bucket rather than the floor. Usually you have to pick up after the service people you call out, but J.C. was careful to clean after himself. I would recommend Mr. Electric and J.C. specifically. He took time to make sure I understood everything. I told him to slow down and make everything very clear, and he was very patient with me. Being older, I really appreciate that.
I cannot say enough about J.C. He was so accommodating, polite, and ultra professional. On a scale of 1 to 5, I him a 20. He is a gem.
