I just had to write a review since this sad murial b. chose to make such a negative review for Glb Properties.My experience was completely the opposite.They were the best landlords I have experienced while living in LA for about 10 years, I've been back in NYC for a year and I am calling them again upon my return shortly and might rent another apartment fromthem.
When you rent a 75 or 100 year old apartment one expects to have to put in a window unit, guess what, it's hot even in fancy bevelry hills I wish they had central air in some of the apartments but I don't recall that they advertise any of their places as air conditioned, as I put in a window unit and no problems. no one in my building ever had anything but nice things to say about this company and especially their workers who are the best. They were spot on on every level. I miss my apartment. It was everything I expected and more so, i highly recomend Glb Properties and figure that there is always someone who has a bad day at Disneyland...try renting from someone else in the art deco vintage apartment management business, like the other dave. I sadly rented for 1 year from the other dave, great apartment, bad experience. By the way, a good value for the rent amount, yes higher than some but you get what you pay for, as there a so many bad places in LA, I would not hesitate to call them. try renting from a nice landlord in NYC! and I value my dollar.
Pros: Friendly + effective management, recommend, great apartments
