By far the worst experience I have ever had with a landlord. We had a big rain storm while I was living there, and my roof caved in. My clothes, my computer, my life was swirling in the deluge. It took over 2 weeks to get it fixed, and when it rained again...you guess it...whoosh ceiling one more time. Now I wouldn't complain if GLB had offered to at least split the renters insurance deductible on my possessions, but when asked, the response was ""Well you should have gotten everything out of the way. To make matters worse, when I finally moved out (Yeah, just try and leave your lease early because of these problems...get ready to hear words you can't even imagine) GLB took all of my deposit, claiming the water damage to the floor was my fault.
I consider myself a fair reviewer, but this is just ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
