\r I moved in several months ago, so please know that this review has been thought out. If you are looking for a temporary spot, or just your usual apartment, but with a pretty face on the front--this place will do. DO NOT believe everything listed as amenities. There are no newsletters, security (wait--there is the one camera-but since there is no security personnel I am not really sure why it's there--other than to look good to perspective tenants), group events (wait unless it was the letter we all got about how important our safety was--only after several cars had been broken into on the property), cooking classes (Let's just say this place has no class). The pool is generally full and noisy with disrespectful adults and their children. The office staff changes with some frequency. The neighborhood will not make you feel safe. Cars have been broken into in the ""gated"" garage. Children do run up and down the hallway (I'm not against children-just the one's who I wish had been fortunate enough to be born to adults with some idea of respect). The fire alarm does go off at the hint of any storm (Sometimes a large sneeze might do the trick--but I poke fun). People gather out front in their cars at all hours of the night. The rent is way more expensive when you realize just how much of their sales pitch is was born out of the old ""used car dealer"" routine.\r To be fair, there is one maintenance man who is EXTREMELY nice and helpful. He doesn't live on the grounds, but is there to make coffee in the morning. He usually has a smile and will help you in any way he can (I'm not kidding about this one...the guy is really a genuine good guy and loving family man). Speaking of coffee-the breakfast they talk about-that doesn't happen either. O wait, they do occationally open a box of Little Debbie snack cakes and pour them into a basket on the counter.\r Yes, they generally don't tell you this either-but most of the apartments seem to be rented through government program--section 8 and low income housing. I am sure this is how they make the most of their money. Generally speaking, the people on this assistance are good people who have had some bad luck--but you also get the people who just enjoy their free ride. (BTW--they don't tell you about the ""housing project"" part either.) My main problem is not the people who live there, but the people who run the complex. They are not above giving you a false impression to get you to sign the lease. Just be aware of this going in. I have learned my lesson, and I will be moving out as soon as I can. For me, that time can't come soon enough.\r
