Review content:
I saw Dr Kanter during my first pregnancy, which will forever be the greatest regret of my life. Because of her and her practise my husband and I had to experience losing our baby girl, zoie who was born still at 40 weeks. I had no complications until I hadnt felt my daughter move one morning, upon calling dr kanter I was told to come in to make sure my baby was still alive. Who says that!! Than upon finding out the devastating news that our daughter passed away, Dr Kanter was extremly cold towards my husband and I. During labor of our daughter she suffered extreme shoulder dystocia which was very traumatizing, during an already traumetizing situation. She was almost ten pounds, Dr Kanter a week before had said she'd be no larger than 7. We were than told that I had gestational diabetes. We later looked through my records and found that I had been a borderline gestational diabetic early in the pregnancy and should have been retested as it gets worse the further along you go. A year later we welcomed another baby girl. She was born very healthy thanks to my new dr properly diagnosing and taking care of my gestational diabetes. I was induced at 38 weeks and she was only 7 1/2 pounds. I have been told my my recent doctor, nurses and periontologist that if my gestational diabetes had been diagnosed we would be holding our first daughter Zoie, right now. This could have been prevented and my husband and I will never forgive Dr Kanter or her practice. DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE!! a babies life is too important.\r
