I'm a local girl but just moved back home from California where I had my first brazilian waxing done. I was a bit nervous to try someone new but now have no doubt that I have found the right person here on the island. Laura is very personable and instantly made me feel comfortable yet she still maintained her professionalism. She was quick but meticulous and knew just what to say to make the process flow. I love the finished product - thanks Laura!\r
I would've given the salon 5 stars but this is the only salon that did not give me a courtesy call to confirm my appt. I had to call the salon the day of to verify and when I called, no one picked up the entire day! When I finally reached someone, the girl said, 'Oh, we have varying schedules...' What?! I expected more in terms of professionalim from the salon itself but glad that didn't deter me from the outstanding service I received from Laura.
