Businiess name:  Vision Max Optometry

Review content:
WEIRD is the word that I would use to describe this place. They have a bunch of animals posters, pictures, etc..on the wall. They have a live little frog swimming in the fish bowl also! If you do not want to waste your time, I would suggest that you pick some other optometry (there are a lot around). I guess the word ""appointment"" doesn't really mean that much to this place because even if we made the appointment, we had to wait for so long (yeah, we only had to wait for only an hour!) with just only one person in front of us. Like the other two reviews said, Dr. Anderson is nice with a weird sense of humor. The staff (Chino Hills location) on the other hand is a different story (I am only talking about the receptionist lady because the other guy is nice enough). She was very unprofessional because the whole time we were there waiting she was on her personal call and chatting out loud right in front of the customers and patients. I wanted to say ""Can't you wait until you get off work to make personal calls or go somewhere else where the patients/customers cannot hear you and talk all you'd like"" the whole time, but I knew that the visit was going to be my first and last time, so I decided not to. She was on the phone for about 35-45 minutes. I would have given a 3 or 4 stars if we did not have to wait and if we did not have to hear the lady on her personal call the whole time we were there. Will not be going back to this place again.
