Its a nice place with a very pretty interior and the sweet lady who owns it does all the baking herself so the food is delicious...but.....her staff is awfull.
I went in there a while ago and ordered a lox deluxe [bagel and lox sandwich]. I got it to go - when i got home i noticed something funny about my sandwich....bagel, cream cheese, onion, no lox...no lox.....yuck...its an onion bagel sandwich with out the salmon.
The other day my boyfriend and I went back - he ordered a stratta and asked the lady if it was vegeterien. She said the ones on the bottom were - so he ordered one. When we got home it had chicken or turkey or something inside. He called the place to ask the lady what he was eating and she sounded irritated that he wasn't more clear about wanting vegeterien food. Hello?! Its what he asked for. You cant get mad at someone for ordering vegeterien food and then getting meat. It was like she thought it was his fault.
Pros: The food is good, but..
Cons: The service is awfull
